Is the fan still working? The AVT line is known to have bad fans and when they quit it burns out the power chip.

yes fans still work. i cleaned them as they were dirty and noisy.

Do you notice anything on the boards that looks bad, any burned spots. Is there any smell that something had gotten a little hot or started to melt?

something started to smoke under new tdas when i pot a new fuse in fuse blew,saw little smoke nothing looks burnt on either side parts included.

If you saw smoke something must have some damage. Do the solder joints look ok? Did something get hot and loosen up a spot of solder.
